Brooklyn came to us from an all-breed rescue group because we have more experience with the shyer Shelties and their need for socialization. She originally came from a puppymill. She will need time with us to work on helping her become more confident and comfortable with the real world. She is 5 to 6 years old. She recently had a dental cleaning and is feeling spunky!
Scotty is an approx. 1 year old sable male who came from a shelter in Alabama. He was turned in by someone who said they could no longer take care of him. He tested heartworm positive and has started treatment. He is also learning some manners while in his foster home. He will be ready in late February.
Gracie is a large colored headed white female about 1 1/2 years old. She came to us from another rescue so that she could get some specialized shy Sheltie work. She originally came from a Kentucky shelter and thought to have been turned in by Amish puppymill owners. She is making slow but steady progress!
Layla's an approximately 3-4 year-old, small female Sheltie. She's been spayed and is heartworm negative, but she's currently on hold for socialization. She loves to run and play with other dogs outside, but is still quite reserved around people and indoors.
